3/7 Architects was founded by Matthew Girling & Agnieszka Kornacka, architects with a passion for beautiful, humane, sustainable modern architecture. They have over 15 years of combined practical experience with a proven track record of producing high-quality architecture at award-winning firms including Hopkins Architects, Barbara Weiss Architects and Project Orange across various sectors.

Matthew is a graduate of the University of Kent and was awarded the RIBA Kent Prize for design and nominated for the RIBA President Silver Medal. Matthew completed his Part III qualification to become an architect by undertaking the RIBA’s Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture and is a chartered architect registered with the Architects Registration Board.

Agnieszka is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and is a chartered architect registered with the Architects Registration Board. She has worked for Hopkins Architects for the last 9 years, working on some of the most prestigious projects in the country.
